The Visitor Centre hours of opening are 0930 - 1630.
Group visits can be booked outside these dates by prior arrangement by contacting Pat and Tony Beckwith on 015242 42584.

Car parking is available at the station for visitors to the centre and for train passengers only.

Waiting facilitiesWaiting
The original southbound station building has been restored by the Settle-Carlisle Railway Trust now offering a comfortable waiting shelter, visitor centre and small shop. The northbound platform was demolished in 1970 but a new platform and waiting shelter was erected in 1993 following a partnership agreement with British Rail and the local authorities

A barrow crossing allows access between the platforms - to be used with care.
