Public Telephone on Station A telephone is at the foot of the Station road, about 100 metres away and also in the Northbound waiting shelter.

Group visits can be booked outside these dates by prior arrangement by contacting Pat and Tony Beckwith on 015242 42584.
Parking Car parking is available at the station for visitors to the centre and for train passengers only.
 Toilets Toilets are available for users of the Visitor Centre.
Waiting The original southbound station building has been restored by the Settle-Carlisle Railway Trust now offering a comfortable waiting shelter, visitor centre and small shop. The northbound platform was demolished in 1970 but a new platform and waiting shelter was erected in 1993 following a partnership agreement with British Rail and the local authorities
 Crossing & Disabled Access A barrow crossing allows access between the platforms - to be used with care. Disabled assistance must be pre-booked by calling Customer Services on 0845 600 8008 at least 24 hours before travelling.
